My clothes are the wrong fit. What do I do?

That's perfectly normal and it happens, no need to start panicking. Goods can be exchanged within 14 days as long as they're not anyhow used or damaged. We cover all exchange charges and goods are delivered straight to the customer.

 

I want to exchange my goods. How do I proceed?

Did something happen along the way and you're not entirely satisfied with the goods? If by any chance your product seems of or you simply got the wrong size, you can get it exchanged for free within the first 14 days.

HOW TO EXCHANGE GOODS:

  1. Order your free exchange at vymena.wayfarer.cz
  2. Package the goods properly so that it reaches without harm and attach this form
  3. Once we confirm the date of new goods dispatch, the courier will deliver it to you and you'll only exchange the parcels

Returns or exchanges are only accepted when goods arrive in their prime condition with no signs of being used. Exchange consignment must contain a filled out form.
We use GLS Courier Service to provide exchange. When we receive your exchange request, we dispatch the following workday. You will then only have to exchange the parcels with the courier. You'll hand the courier your parcel and they'll give you the new one.

Free Exchange Conditions

Goods must be returned in their entirety and must display no signs of wearing out, being used or washed. The service is limited to size exchange and for customers who have received faulty goods or any that differs from what was ordered.

Due to hygienic reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to proceed when I only want to return the goods?

Didn't the product meet your expectations? In such cases you can return it to us without stating a reason within the first 14 days since delivery. All you have to is to fill out a form and send it back to us and we'll return you the money. We cover the additional return postage charges.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS:

  1. Order a GLS courier here. They will then arrive to your specified address.
  2. Attach a filled in returns form to the properly packaged consignment.
  3. Once your consignment is received at our Returns Dept., we'll refund you to your bank account.

We will send the money back to your account as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days upon claim acceptance. If you're returning goods and the remaining products' worth drops below 2000 CZK, the money returned will be deducted by the postage price, which was formerly no charge. Goods returned must be not used and in their prime condition.
